There had been very little movement on the Rhode Island MCL versus Davol inc since the Rudd trial was settle on the eve of the start date. But It looks like this bellwether trial is starting and I was wondering if you had anyone that was following this or had any way of finding out what is actually going on with this. I cut and pasted the below from RI Superior Courts site. I sure hope this doesnt settle last minute like Rudd’s case.
