Aloha All,
I have been waiting since 2010 to see when ATRIUM MEDICALS Pro loop monofilament hernia mesh and plug will be recalled? I had to quit work, go on disability, and suffer pain everyday!!

Hi Susan-

It will be very interesting to see what the result of the upcoming trials is. Atrium Medical has its C-Qur on trial, largely because it’s coated and that’s the problem, so the plaintiff claims. Many of us suspect it actually polypropylene as well so eventually we’ll get there I believe. I will keep an eye on the Pro loop… thanks for writing.
